  CHALLENGE Numbered Heads Together This structure eliminates the "one student dominates" problem by holding every single Scout accountable for knowing the material. The Setup: At their three tables, Scouts number themselves off from 1 to 7. The Action: Provide a specific question based on the handouts (e.g., "Describe some types of INFORMAL “AMBASSADORS”"). The table has 5 minutes to read the handout and ensure everyone at the table can answer the question perfectly. The Reveal: Call out a random number (e.g., "All Number 4s stand up").
